As part of our Kicking Goals Cert II in Sport and Recreation, our year 12 boys have been participating in fitness sessions at Wanangkura Stadium.  Coming into our second term our students strength and fitness levels have excelled. Students have participated in cardio, strenght and recovery based classes. The aim of these session's is to promote our students to maintain an active healthy lifestye along with being able to perform and create their own workouts.
